Alex Bernal Castillo

Alex came to the United States from Ecuador in 2019. From an early age Alex dreamed of becoming a guitarist and received his first guitar at age of 11. Alex self-taught for many years by watching online videos and reading guitar magazines. He became a student of Bernie Mathews at Linden High in Linden New Jersey. Realizing his talent, Bernie helped him apply to Kean University, where he will study with the world-renowned guitarist Dr. Celil Refik Kaya.
